Is my Geneva Sapphire 82292m watch fake?

I bought one of Geneva's Sapphire Watch ultradiamonds.com 82292m. The face and the band easily stains. I just have to touch it lightly with my finger and it leaves a fingerprint. The band is also very loose and seems to be made of an inexpensive material.
